Job summary

Zachary Daniels is seeking an experienced Store Manager for a fashion store in Swindon. You will lead a high-performing team, drive sales and customer service, and own day-to-day store performance.

You will coach and develop colleagues, manage stock and visual merchandising, and work closely with other stores to deliver consistent results. Strong leadership and KPI focus required.

Are you an experienced Store Manager ready for your next challenge? We're looking for a commercially focused Store Manager to lead a high-performing fashion store in Swindon.

The Role

As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day performance of your store. You'll lead and develop your team, drive sales and KPIs, and ensure consistently high operational and customer service standards.

Key responsibilities include:
