Job summary

B&M Retail Limited is seeking a Store Manager for our Crawley store. You will lead from the front in a fast-paced retail environment, owning store performance, driving sales, and delivering an exceptional customer experience every day.

You will manage a high-energy team, ensure high store standards, and make commercial decisions to maximise profits while maintaining availability and stock control.
