Job summary

Heron Foods Limited in Trevethin, Pontypool is seeking a Store Manager to lead and energise a busy discount store. You will drive sales, coach your team, and ensure outstanding store presentation, stock control, and customer service in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.

The role offers 45 hours per week, permanent contract, and a salary of £30,920 per annum plus a bonus opportunity. You will enjoy competitive benefits and opportunities for career development within a growing UK

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager, or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong track record of developing teams and achieving results.
• Passion for retail, customer service and delivering exceptional results.
