Store Manager | Leeds White Rose | Salary up to £49,000 + Benefits

You'll already have Store Management experience in the beauty/fashion/jewellery/accessories market.

Responsibilities
  • Support and motivate the in-store team on a day-to-day basis to achieve the store's targets by identifying and maximising opportunities to achieve and surpass KPIs, whilst setting the example in exemplary customer service.
  • Maintain a strong retail floor presence, educate and influence the store, and ensure back-of-house activities enable the store's successful commercial execution.
  • Be trained thoroughly in our hand-crafted luxury product to become an expert. With support from the regional sales manager, nurture and develop your team to unlock their full potential and support their succession.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in driving sales and profitability in store.
  • A passion for driving a culture of exemplary customer service.
  • An ability to understand the importance of local and global business strategy, and translate this into the delivery of store, regional and division KPIs.
  • Experience in using data to identify trends, issues and root causes, and the ability to take action to deliver when such opportunities are identified.
  • Strong communication skills to establish and coach a high-performing team.
  • The ability to be adaptable and flexible to changing business needs.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with contagious enthusiasm for the brand's product and core values.
  • A well-presented appearance with a taste for desirable products and a passion for retail.
