Job summary

Costa Coffee franchise store manager opportunity with Costa in the UK. Lead from the front, manage the store, stock, labour and standards, and develop a high-performing team to deliver outstanding service and drive sales.

You will engage with the local community, inspire your team, and help grow the business while upholding Costa's values and brand standards. Enjoy a 40-hour week, 28 days’ holiday, staff discounts, a pension, and opportunities to progress with Costa Foundation.
