Job summary

Newark Showroom at Magnet is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales. You will lead day-to-day operations, coach staff and ensure a 5-star customer experience while managing margins and targets.

The role requires retail leadership, a proven sales track record, and flexibility to work weekends. A driving licence and vehicle access are preferred to support showroom coverage.

As a Store Manager, you'll lead one of our inspiring showrooms, helping customers create their dream kitchens while building a motivated and successful team and driving sales performance.

Who We're Looking For

• Previous experience leading a team within a retail environment
• A proven track record in sales with exceptional customer service skills
• Strong leadership abilities to guide a team that's motivated and empowered
• A creative approach and the flexibility to adapt to a varied work schedule
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Flexibility to work weekends
