Job summary

Magnet is seeking a Store Manager for our Newark Showroom to lead a motivated team and drive sales performance. You will create a positive environment, coach staff, manage client experiences, and ensure high service standards while meeting targets.

With a base salary of £35,000 plus uncapped commission (OTE circa £38,000+), you’ll enjoy structured training, strong career progression, and a wide range of employee perks including staff discounts and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• Prev. experience leading a team in retail.
• Proven sales track record and exceptional customer service.
• Flexibility to work weekends and varied schedule.
• Full UK driving licence may be required.

• A creative approach and the flexibility to adapt to a varied work schedule
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Flexibility to work weekends
