Job summary

Retail Human Resources plc in Solihull is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a brand new womenswear store, driving sales and delivering the exceptional customer experience the brand is known for.

You will motivate and develop your team, coach on product knowledge, maintain high operational and visual standards, and manage recruitment and onboarding.

In return there is a salary of £32,000 plus bonus and other great perks.

This is a great opportunity to join an established but growing retailer, as they open their first store in Solihull.

The role

You’ll be responsible for leading your team to deliver outstanding commercial results while creating the exceptional customer experience the brand is known for.
