Savers in Maidstone is recruiting a Store Manager to lead the team and maintain the highest standards on the high street. You’ll drive sales, manage operations and create a welcoming shopping environment.

With 2+ years in retail leadership, you’ll motivate staff, plan shifts and foster strong local community connections. The role is full-time with flexible patterns including mornings, evenings and weekends.

• Proven track record leading a team.
• Strong customer service and sales focus.

Location: Maidstone
Hours per Week: 39 hours
Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview
Salary: £34,350per annum, plus generous bonus scheme
