To be successful in this role, you’ll have previous experience in leading a team in a dynamic retail or hospitality environment. You’ll champion our mission and values to create the Starbucks experience for our customers and partners. You’ll understand your market, get to know the competition, and identify opportunities to drive store profitability and business growth. You’ll be an ambassador for our partner networks, ensuring our partners feel a sense of belonging.
