Job summary

Clarks in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a busy retail team, drive sales targets, and deliver outstanding customer service.

You will oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory control, merchandising, and cash handling.

Responsibilities include recruiting, training, scheduling, and developing team members, monitoring KPIs, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategies to increase revenue.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in a retail environment.

• Flexible to work a 7-day shift pattern including weekends and bank holidays.
