Job summary

Clarks is seeking a Store Manager for Bolton Middlebrook to lead a busy retail location and deliver exceptional customer service. You will drive sales and oversee daily operations, including opening/closing, inventory, merchandising and cash handling.

The role requires recruiting, training, and developing staff, plus monitoring KPIs to increase revenue and profitability. You must be flexible for a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays, and uphold Clarks standards across the

About the role:

• Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling
