Job summary

Clarks is seeking an energetic Store Manager in Livingston to lead a busy retail team, drive sales, and maintain store standards with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

You will recruit, train, and schedule colleagues, monitor KPIs, and manage opening/closing procedures, inventory, merchandising, and cash handling, ensuring a smooth daily operation.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in a retail environment.
• Track record of delivering excellent retail results.
• Willing to work a flexible 7-day shift pattern.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient with POS systems and basic office tools.
