To continue our development, and as part of the opening of our new store in Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet, we are looking for a

M/F - STORE MANAGER

Your missions will be as follow

Managing and leading the team in order to develop the turnover :

• Participation in recruitment
• Supporting and developing skills
• Organization and management of schedules

Sales: Development of sales in order to achieve objectives, customer services levels and loyalty :

• Sales advice to customers
• Development of a quality welcome and service
• Building loyalty
• Analysis and management of performance indicators,

Product :

• Respect of the Visual Merchandising in accordance with the recommendations of the Visual Merchandising department,
• Good knowledge of products and trends,
• Control and monitoring of restocking,

Skills & Requirements:

We are looking for an individual with a passion for the world of fashion who can demonstrate successful experience in this field as a Store Manager, ideally in the field of top-of-the-range ready-to wear clothing.

You are a strong commercial temperament and an excellent sense of customer service.

You are able to manage and energize a team and are ready to take on challenges.”
