Rushden Lakes is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a team on the shop floor and deliver outstanding customer service. You’ll drive store performance, develop staff, and ensure smooth daily operations in a hands-on leadership role.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll run the store, lead the team and make sure every customer has a great experience. Each week you’ll:

• Develop your team to deliver exceptional service and exceed store targets

• Monitor your stores performance and take smart, timely actions to drive results
