Job summary

Rushden Lakes is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead our busy store. You’ll work with the Store Manager and team to deliver excellent service, manage stock, and maintain store standards.

The role offers a starting salary of £29,000-£31,000, plus a yearly bonus up to £2,000, and includes great staff discounts and development opportunities.

What you’ll be doing

Working in partnership with your Store Manager, you’ll support your team to give every customer a great experience. In this role you’ll:

• Help create an inclusive, welcoming environment where every customer feels valued
• Step up to lead the team in the Store Manager’s absence
