Job summary

Cotswold Outdoor Group is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in London to help lead a busy store. You’ll work with the Store Manager to coach the team and ensure an outstanding customer experience.

The role focuses on stock management, cash handling and store safety, with an emphasis on inclusive, welcoming service. You’ll step in during the Store Manager’s absence and help maintain a well-presented, easy-to-shop store.
