Job summary

Tandem Talent is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead one of our busy outdoor retail stores in the UK. You’ll support day-to-day operations, coach a team to deliver expert service and step up in the Store Manager’s absence, while ensuring a welcoming, well-presented shopping environment.

You’ll drive high performance, manage stock and safety, and contribute to an inclusive team culture. In return, you’ll access ongoing development opportunities and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant Store Manager with ability to lead a team.
• Strong customer service and product knowledge.
• Familiarity with stock management, safety, and visual standards.
• Proven ability to coach and drive performance.
