Previous experience as a Store Manager in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment is required. You must be able to problem-solve, think on your feet, be a people person, and have the ability to plan and coordinate resources. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service is essential.

Key Responsibilities

1. Motivate and coach the team to deliver excellent customer service
2. Lead by example by promoting and recommending complementary shoe care products, demonstrating confidence in selling and excellent product knowledge
3. Manage staffing resources and draft rotas within budget
4. Oversee stock management
5. Analyze and interpret sales performance data and reports
6. Make recommendations to improve sales performance based on data analysis and customer insights
7. Ensure all company standards are implemented and maintained, including merchandising and administration
8. Achieve all KPIs and meet company standards
9. Recruit and train team members
