Job summary

Morrisons is seeking an Operations Manager to lead from the front, deputising for the Store Manager, and to create a welcoming, inclusive environment where colleagues feel valued and supported. You will drive high standards, coach department managers, and own store operations weekly turnover targets.

You will review data, act on customer feedback, and ensure food safety and daily routines are delivered consistently across shifts.

• Proven experience in retail operations.
• Experience leading large, fast-paced stores.
• Ability to coach department managers.

More about you

Ideally you’ll have proven experience in the retail industry, with a track record of successfully managing a large, fast-paced store operation turning over at least £150k a week.

You'll be the kind of person who:
