Job summary

Holland & Barrett is seeking a Store Manager for a permanent role in Epping High Street. The position is 38.75 hours per week, with a salary up to £30,500 per annum depending on experience.

You will lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive commercial success while fostering a supportive environment for colleagues. As a retail leader, you will champion health and wellness expertise through our training and coaching while collaborating with your Regional Manager to share

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer experiences every day.
• Build a culture of learning and wellbeing by coaching colleagues and helping them become trusted health and wellness experts through our Qualified to Advise training which you will also undergo.
• Drive commercial performance by managing sales, profitability, payroll and operational excellence.
• Ensure stock availability, visual merchandising, compliance and health and safety standards are maintained across the store.
• Champion the use of technology to improve operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
• Work collaboratively with your Regional Manager and peers to share best practice and deliver success across the wider region.
