Job summary

Holland & Barrett in the UK is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team and deliver outstanding customer experiences while driving commercial performance.

You will coach colleagues to become trusted health and wellness experts, manage stock, visuals, budgets and health and safety, and champion the use of technology to improve operations.

The role includes a monthly performance bonus, 28 days holiday, 24/7 Virtual GP access, and a commitment to staff development and community wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial performance by managing sales, profitability, payroll and operational excellence.
• Ensure stock availability, visual merchandising, compliance and health and safety standards are maintained across the store.
• Champion the use of technology to improve operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
• Work collaboratively with your Regional Manager and peers to share best practice and deliver success across the wider region.

Salary: Up to £31,900 per annum (depending on experience)

What you'll be doing
