Job summary

Holland & Barrett's Camberley store is recruiting a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will drive commercial performance, manage payroll, stock, and visual standards while ensuring health and safety compliance.

You will coach colleagues through our Qualified to Advise training, develop people, and collaborate with regional leadership to share best practice across the region.

What you'll be doing

• Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer experiences every day.
• Build a culture of learning and wellbeing by coaching colleagues and helping them become trusted health and wellness experts through our Qualified to Advise training which you will also undergo.
• Drive commercial performance by managing sales, profitability, payroll and operational excellence.
• Ensure stock availability, visual merchandising, compliance and health and safety standards are maintained across the store.
• Champion the use of technology to improve operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
• Work collaboratively with your Regional Manager and peers to share best practice and deliver success across the wider region.
