Job summary

Holland & Barrett is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving commercial success in our Aberdeen store. You will coach colleagues, oversee staffing, and ensure health and safety standards are maintained, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and a positive store environment.

• Proven experience leading teams and managing store operations in a retail environment.

Salary: Up to £31,900 per annum (depending on experience)

What you’ll be doing
