Job summary

cardfactory is seeking a Store Manager in Ipswich to lead a dynamic team and create a people-first, customer-centric store culture. You will set clear direction, coach staff, and drive engagement while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations using data to keep goals on track and moving forward.

You will take ownership of hiring, coaching, merchandising, and payroll; collaborate with District and Regional Managers; and strive for continuous improvement and store growth in a fast-paced retail
