Job summary

ONLY STORES is seeking a Store Manager in the United Kingdom to recruit, lead and develop a high‑performing team and run a flagship store with high standards, speed and excellent results. You will instill a founders mentality, ownership of the shop, team and customers, and ensure products are displayed at their best while maintaining efficient store operations.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Store Manager who can recruit, run and develop a strong team and run the ONLY store with high standards, high speed and great results. You lead with nearness and secure that the whole team has a founders mentality where ownership to the shop, the team and the customers go hand in hand. You understand the mechanics of how to get our Products to look their best at the same time as you know how to organize both the store and the team in order to be efficient. We believe that creating the best customer experience is a big part of our success so far and a base for securing that our loyal customers keep coming back for wardrobe upgrades.
