ONLY is seeking a Store Manager to recruit, lead and develop a high-performing team in our Greater London stores. You will drive high standards, speed, and results while ensuring the store and team reflect the founders mentality and ownership of customers and outcomes.

You will champion an exceptional customer experience, oversee product presentation, and optimize store operations to maintain efficiency and strong sales. A passion for the ONLY brand is essential.

The ONLY brand is well known in Europe where we operate more than 800 retail shops bringing the best shapes in JEANS and seasonal current fashion to the female consumers across all ages.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Store Manager who can recruit, run and develop a strong team and run the ONLY store with high standards, high speed and great results. You lead with nearness and secure that the whole team has a founders mentality where ownership to the shop, the team and the customers go hand in hand. You understand the mechanics of how to get our Products to look their best at the same time as you know how to organize both the store and the team in order to be efficient. We believe that creating the best customer experience is a big part of our success so far and a base for securing that our loyal customers keep coming back for wardrobe upgrades.
