We are seeking an experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our London store. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of customer service and leading a dynamic team. As well as overseeing stock levels and product orders, visual merchandising, website management and ensuring seamless communication with our Japan and Hong Kong stores.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for clothing - particularly craftsmanship - with a good understanding of Bryceland’s’ brand ethos. An integral part of the Bryceland’s customer experience comes from a sound knowledge of our product range and a shared enthusiasm for quality and design. This should be imparted onto your team, empowering and motivating them to deliver the highest level of service and efficiency at every level.

Job roles

Store operations

  • Oversee daily tasks and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Manage inventory levels and stock replenishment.
  • Handle product orders and deliveries.
  • Ensure store cleanliness and organization.
  • Manage cash handling and POS system.
  • Track sales and performance metrics.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized assistance.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries or concerns promptly.
  • Ensure a welcoming and positive in-store atmosphere.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations.

Online website management

  • Update and maintain product listings, descriptions, and images.
  • Monitor website performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Ensure accurate stock levels are reflected online.
  • Oversee online customer orders and returns process.
  • Optimize website for SEO and user experience.
  • Track and analyze website traffic and sales metrics.

Sales and business development

  • Drive sales growth through strategic planning and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and enhance b2b sales.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to help create targeted campaigns.
  • Foster brand awareness and market presence.

Team leadership

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to enhance team skills.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
  • Ensure strong communication and coordination across all team members.
  • Delegate tasks appropriately to maximize team efficiency.
  • Recognize and celebrate team achievements and successes.

Experience

Required

  • A sound knowledge of made-to-measure tailoring, garment construction and fabrics.
  • A basic understanding of Shopify.
  • Proficient in using Excel.

Prefered

  • 2 years management experience.
  • 5 years Retail Experience.
