Role Description

This is a full-time Store Manager role located at our Greenwich store (Monday to Saturday). Store Managers are responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing and training staff, ensuring an excellent customer experience, and maintaining high standards in all aspects.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Experience at Store Management level or Dispensing Optician Management (minimum 2 years)
• Ability to lead and motivate a team positively to progress the store and build a strong reputation
• Able to monitor KPIs and proactively build the database and increase sales
• Strong organisation and optical problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in the optical industry with advanced optical knowledge is essential
• Professional fees paid for registered DOs
