Base pay range

Our client is seeking an established store manager from the Retail, Fashion, Home or Beauty market to take on the store management role for their site in Islington.

basic salary for this role is up to £37,000 with an additional 10% monthly bonus based on sales.

You will lead a team of around 10 staff including an assistant manager.

Ideally you will come from a strong assisted sales environment where customer service and product knowledge are key to success.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff training and development. You will work to foster client loyalty and expand our brand presence.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability
• Hire, train, and assess store employee's productivity and performance
• Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store
• Oversee stock and store operations
