About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service
• Maintain high standards of store presentation, merchandising, and brand alignment
• Build strong customer relationships, promoting loyalty and personal shopping services
• Recruit, train, and develop boutique staff
• Manage store operations, stock levels, and ensure compliance with company policies
