Role Overview

As Store Manager, you will oversee the management and daily operations of your store, leading a team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve business goals. Responsibilities include team development, community engagement, store management, recruitment, training, and ensuring compliance with health & safety standards.

Working Hours & Location

Managers work a minimum of 40 hours across 5 days, including evenings and weekends. Flexibility is offered, and occasional support in other local stores within a 25-mile radius may be required. A full UK driving license and own car are necessary, with mileage reimbursed.
