Job summary

Kiltane, Edinburgh-based luxury brand, is opening a new store in Glasgow and seeks a Store Manager to lead the team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in store management, ideally within a luxury or premium retail environment.
• Ability to develop and coach a team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Strong understanding of visual standards and brand presentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional client service.
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing Kiltane’s heritage and values.
• Drive sales performance and ensure targets are met.
• Maintain impeccable store presentation across sales floor and back of house.
• Keep shop floor fully stocked and beautifully presented at all times.
• Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture.

We’re opening a new store in Glasgow City centre and are looking for a Store Manager to lead the team.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in running a great store, enjoys developing a strong team and understands the importance of excellent customer service.

About the role

As a Store Manager, you will act as a brand ambassador, leading your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving performance and maintaining the highest standards of presentation and service within the store.

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in store management, ideally within a luxury or premium retail environment.
