Job summary

Holland & Barrett in East Grinstead is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The role is permanent, 38.75 hours per week, with a salary up to £31,900 per annum depending on experience.

You will drive sales, coach colleagues through our Qualified to Advise training, ensure stock, compliance and health and safety, and use technology to boost efficiency.

• Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to develop high-performing teams.
• Commercial awareness and confidence managing performance, budgets and business priorities.

Responsibilities
