Holland & Barrett is seeking an experienced Store Manager in Dunstable to lead a high-performing team and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will drive sales, manage payroll, and oversee stock, merchandising and store standards.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, coaching and a customer-first approach, with opportunities to grow within a trusted health and wellness retailer and to participate in our training programs to become a trusted advisor to customers and colleagues.

What you'll be doing

• Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer experiences every day.
• Build a culture of learning and wellbeing by coaching colleagues and helping them become trusted health and wellness experts through our Qualified to Advise training which you will also undergo.
• Drive commercial performance by managing sales, profitability, payroll and operational excellence.
• Ensure stock availability, visual merchandising, compliance and health and safety standards are maintained across the store.
• Champion the use of technology to improve operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
• Work collaboratively with your Regional Manager and peers to share best practice and deliver success across the wider region.
