Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Barnet is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving commercial success. You will coach colleagues through our training, ensure stock availability, visual merchandising and safety standards, and collaborate with your Regional Manager to spread best practices across the region.

You will develop people, manage budgets and payroll, and champion a customer‑first approach with a passion for health and wellness.

High Street, Barnet Permanent | 38.75 hours per week Salary: Up to £35,400 per annum (depending on experience)
