Job summary

Specsavers in Ealing is seeking a Store Manager to lead our team and ensure a smooth-running store. You’ll work with Store Directors to empower your team to deliver excellent customer experiences while hitting business objectives.

You’ll coach and develop people, build lasting relationships, and be the visible leader who sets the standard daily. Strong communication, eye for detail, and flexibility are essential for success.

• Previous people management and optical retail experience.

As a Store Manager, you’ll set the standard. You’ll work with the Store Directors to empower your team to make the right decision for each customer, creating an excellent customer experience while delivering business objectives. But while you support others, we’ll support you and your development too. We’ll be there to help you grow your people management skills and always make sure you can get the best out of yourself. It’s an important job, but we think you’re up for the challenge.
