Job summary

Specsavers Hedge End is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic team and deliver outstanding customer service in a busy retail environment. You will be responsible for Day-to-day store operations, driving sales, and delivering the highest standards in opticianry and service.

As a full-time role with 40 hours per week, you’ll oversee staffing, training, and customer experience, while maintaining store standards and contributing to our brand in the community.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading and developing teams.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Flexible and adaptable to a retail environment.
• Passionate about people and delivering great service.
• Experience in optics is desirable.
