Job summary

Specsavers, Downpatrick, is seeking a Store Manager who can lead with confidence and set the standard in customer service and operational excellence.

You will work with Store Directors to empower your team to make the right decisions for customers, delivering outstanding service while achieving business objectives. We’ll support your development and help you grow your people management skills.

Qualifications

• Previous optics experience is essential.
• Previous people management experience is essential.
• Be a great communicator with an eye for detail, be flexible and adaptable, organised and hard-working.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and set the standard for service.
• Empower the team to make the right decisions for each customer while delivering business objectives.

So, you’re a natural leader ready to keep our store running smoothly? Well, this role could be perfect for you.

As a Store Manager, you’ll set the standard. You’ll work with the Store Directors to empower your team to make the right decision for each customer, creating an excellent customer experience while delivering business objectives. But while you support others, we’ll support you and your development too. We’ll be there to help you grow your people management skills and always make sure you can get the best out of yourself. It’s an important job, but we think you’re up for the challenge.
