Job summary

Specsavers Norge is seeking a Store Manager to lead our Downpatrick store. You’ll partner with Store Directors to empower your team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet business objectives.

Previous optics and people-management experience are essential. You will communicate clearly, stay organized, and be flexible to grow your people skills while driving store performance, including weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a retail or optics environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage store operations with attention to detail.

As a Store Manager, you’ll set the standard. You’ll work with the Store Directors to empower your team to make the right decision for each customer, creating an excellent customer experience while delivering business objectives. But while you support others, we’ll support you and your development too. We’ll be there to help you grow your people management skills and always make sure you can get the best out of yourself. It’s an important job, but we think you’re up for the challenge.
