About The Role

What you'll be doing:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the store.
• Lead and motivate a small team of 4-6 staff members.
• Work up to 45 hours per week; any extra hours are paid or can be taken as time off in lieu.
• Deliver excellent customer service, achieve sales targets, and motivate your team to do the same.
• Provide honest advice, build rapport with customers, and assist them in making informed choices.
