SHOP MANAGER

Position: Full-Time Shop Manager

Salary: Competitive (based on experience)

Are you passionate about Afro-Caribbean foods, culture, and community? We’re looking for a reliable, energetic Shop Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our growing store in Hartlepool!

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily shop operations

Manage inventory, deliveries, and stock levels

Supervise and motivate the shop assistant team

Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and welcoming

Serve customers with warmth and professionalism

Handle cashing up and basic financial record-keeping

Coordinate promotions and seasonal offers

Requirements:

Must live in Hartlepool

Prior experience in retail or shop management (preferred but not essential)

Strong leadership and customer service skills

A good knowledge of Afro-Caribbean food products is a strong advantage

Ability to work flexibly, including weekends

Positive attitude and reliability are a must!
