Job summary

Cobra Coffee, a Starbucks UK franchised partner, is seeking a Store Manager to lead a store team and uphold exceptional coffee culture and customer service standards.

You will drive performance, manage finances, and develop the team to grow the business while maintaining strong store operations and profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience of leading people and teams in hospitality or retail.
• Effective problem solving/decision making skills.
• Proven ability to develop and grow both a team and business.
• Well organized, detail oriented with the ability to multitask.
• Prioritisation and delegation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

• You will lead a team of store partners improving performance and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and product quality.
• You’ll be fully aware of the store’s financial performance, identifying store growth opportunities and implementing action plans to achieve sales budgets and increase profitability.
