Job summary

Cobra Coffee - Starbucks Franchisee in Southampton is seeking an Assistant Store Manager who will support the Store Manager, drive performance and uphold the Starbucks experience.

You will lead a team of store partners, focus on customer satisfaction, quality, and store profitability, while developing your team and yourself through training and internal progression.

This role requires flexibility to cover shifts including evenings, weekends, and mornings, and a commitment to our core values.

Qualifications

• Experience of leading people in a retail/hospitality environment.
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
• Ability to develop and grow both a team and business.
• Well organised, detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.
• Proficient on a computer with experience using programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.

Responsibilities

• You’ll support the Store Manager in leading a team of store partners, improving performance and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and product quality.
• You’ll be fully aware of the store’s financial performance, identifying store growth opportunities and implementing action plans to achieve sales budgets and increase profitability.
