Job summary

Zachary Daniels is recruiting for a Store Manager to lead a brand-new Forestside Belfast store. This high-street retailer requires a hands-on, commercially driven leader who can own daily operations, develop a large team and drive sales from day one.

The role covers strong people management, exceptional customer service, and a focus on KPIs, budgets and visual merchandising within a flagship-style store opening. Training and progression are on offer as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Experience as Store Manager or equivalent in high-street retail.
• Proven track record of leading large teams and achieving targets.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Commercial acumen and stock/visual merchandising awareness.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the day-to-day running of the store.
• Lead by example, driving sales, KPIs and overall commercial performance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create an outstanding in-store experience.
• Recruit, coach, motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Set clear expectations and maintain consistently high operational and visual standards.
• Manage budgets, control costs and analyse commercial data to identify opportunities.
• Complete and contribute to weekly reporting and performance reviews.
• Oversee HR processes, recruitment, onboarding and employee development.
• Drive stock management and availability, ensuring strong operational standards.
• Maintain excellent visual merchandising standards in line with the brand.
• Work collaboratively with the wider management team, sharing best practice and driving continuous improvement.
