Job summary

Coffee#1 Ltd. is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced manager who loves coffee and cake to lead a team and deliver outstanding customer service. The role requires flexibility between 5am and 7pm, including store opening/closing and potential lone working.

No prior coffee experience is required as full training will be provided in-store and at our Coffee Academies, enabling you to develop both leadership and product knowledge within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• No experience in coffee is needed as full training will be provided in-store and at one of our Coffee Academies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver great customer service and lead by example.
• Develop and support your team across shifts.
• Manage opening and closing of the store, with lone working as needed.

Job description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic experienced manager, who is passionate about coffee & cake while delivering great customer service whist developing and supporting their team.

This role requires flexibility over working between the hours of 5am and 7pm which includes opening and closing the store, which may involve lone working.
