Job summary

Coffee#1 Ltd. is seeking an enthusiastic store manager who loves coffee and cake and delivering exceptional customer service while coaching and supporting the team.

The role requires flexible hours between 5am and 7pm, including opening/closing the store and lone-working on occasions. Full training will be provided in-store and at Coffee Academies to develop your leadership and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience as a manager or lead in a retail/cafe environment preferred.
• Strong focus on customer service and team development.
• Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support store team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage opening/closing duties and store operations.
• Provide training and development to team members.

Job description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic experienced manager, who is passionate about coffee & cake while delivering great customer service whist developing and supporting their team.

This role requires flexibility over working between the hours of 5am and 7pm which includes opening and closing the store, which may involve lone working.

No experience in Coffee is needed as full training with be provided in store and at one of our Coffee Academies!
