Job summary

Coffee#1 Ltd. is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced manager who loves coffee and cake and will deliver great customer service while developing and supporting their team. This role requires flexibility across early start to late finishes (5am–7pm) including lone-working.

No prior coffee experience is required as full training is provided in-store and at Coffee Academies. This is a great chance to lead a motivated team.

Qualifications

• No coffee experience required; full training provided in-store and at Coffee Academies.
• Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service and coaching a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shop operations and ensure high service standards.
• Develop and support the team to create a positive customer experience.
• Open and close the store; manage lone-working when required.

Job description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic experienced manager, who is passionate about coffee & cake while delivering great customer service whist developing and supporting their team.

This role requires flexibility over working between the hours of 5am and 7pm which includes opening and closing the store, which may involve lone working.

No experience in Coffee is needed as full training with be provided in store and at one of our Coffee Academies!
