Job summary

Coffee#1 Ltd. is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced leader/supervisor who loves coffee and cake and will deliver excellent customer service while developing their team. The role involves flexible hours from 5am to 7pm, including opening/closing the store and potential lone working.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience or supervisory skills would be beneficial.
• Strong customer service and team development abilities.

• Lead and supervise store team to deliver high-quality service.
• Open and close the store as required, with flexibility for lone working when necessary.

Job description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic experienced leader / supervisor, who is passionate about coffee & cake while delivering great customer service whist developing and supporting their team.

This role requires flexibility over working between the hours of 5am and 7pm which includes opening and closing the store, which may involve lone working.

No experience in Coffee is needed as full training with be provided in store and at one of our Coffee Academies!
