Job summary

B&M Retail Limited is seeking a Store Manager in Brighouse to lead from the front in a fast-paced retail environment. You will be accountable for store performance, drive sales, coach your team, and deliver a brilliant customer experience every day.

Availability across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays is essential to lead from the front. As the store leader, you will own day-to-day operations, drive KPI performance, optimise stock, and ensure high store standards and customer
